Purchased Spytech Software after seeing that it was ranked #1 on toptenreviews.com; however the software product is inferior to the other internet monitoring software on the list. The software causes the computer to crash and can only be rebooted by powering the computer off. The software doesn't work as advertised and most of the features are not useable as advertised. Later in the afternoon Visa called because the purchase triggered a fraud alert.

Contacting the company does not resolve anything because they say since the software was already downloaded they cannot cancel your order or refund your purchase. The company will not issue refunds. There is nothing the buyer can do apart from reporting the company.

Spytech pays 40% or more on every referral sale from review sites that links to their web page. Reviewers could be tempted to lie in order to turn a profit. This may be how they get top ratings for inferior software that crashes consistently.
