I had a very hard time finding the UGG Channing boots that I wanted in my size. I Googled UGG Channing and was given boot steel.com. Arguably, this is my fault for not doing research prior to paying but they charged my credit card and then sent me an e-mail saying they had sold out of all UGG Channing boots but offered several options as replacements. I said that I did not want a replacement and to cancel my order. I then checked my credit card to see that they had charged me. I asked for a refund but was told that they could not refund and to choose another pair. My opinion is that they didn't have the boots to begin with and that this is a scam. I still haven't figured out how I am going to handle this but I know the BBB won't do anything about it because the company is out of China.
