I ordered a coast dress from a website which at the time I thought was legit. However I knew I had made a mistake as soon as I made the payment through fashionpay.com when I got their unprofessional confirmation email. I contacted my credit card company and informed them, they put a block on my card and re-issued me with another, however they were unable to do anything about the transaction I had just submitted until it had been charged to my account. After numerous emails To fashionpay and the company (ukdresses.com) to cancel my order, I had no reply. They charged my card 6 days later and I raised a dispute with my credit card company who have now refunded me the total amount. I did however, recieve a dress 3 weeks after my order, it was not a coast dress but a Karen Millen fake (quiet a good one if I do say so). As there was no address to return the goods, my credit card company has just advised me to hang onto it for now while they investigate and communicate with the company in question, so I have left it with them as I have recieved my refund back into my account. Today, I recieved an email from fashionpay.com who have stated that they are in the process of refunding me and that this should be in my account 7-10 working days but it could take up to 30 days, yeah right! As I can see from here, so many other people have been scammed too, I've at least been fortunate enough to retrieve my money back through my credit card company, some haven't been so lucky, it's just so wrong!
