I canceled OnStar last year. I just notced that they kept billing me for $20.37 per month. I called them, after being on hold for 30 minutes, and passed around they told me that would only refund me $80.48. I didn't keep my cancelation number because I never dreamed that this would happen. I will keep looking for that number. In the mean time it looks like this is standard operating procedure for OnStar.
