Once per month for the past 8 months, Home Savings Mall has been dinging my credit card for $16.95. Never was this "membership" authorized. When I called, a person with a very, very thick accent told me she could only reverse one months charges ($16.95). I've since disputed the remaining $118.65 with my credit card company.
