To begin with this company immediately claims soveirgn immunity as the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. They offer payday loans that on appearance will charge you in my case $520.00 for a $400.00 Loan. NOT TRUE.... The fine print is set up so that the full balance of $520 is due on your next payday. IF you do not pay the full amount they will charge a finance charge of $120 per week for 4 weeks then send tell you that you owe $170 a week with reflects $50.00 principal and $120 finance charge. In total you will pay $1,440 in finance charges for a $400 loan in 3 MONTHS!!! I thought the Mafia was bad. And since this is an Indian tribe you cannot sue. You have to go to an arbitrator which you will have to come out of pocket again to dispute the charges. AVOID AMERILOAN HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!
