I ordered the "free trial" for £2.79 (shipping only cost) then they debited £74.95 from my card! So what was "free" about the trial?
Now they have debited £69.90 on 21 Feb and I have no further product to show for this. I telephoned them, in the USA! and they have now cancelled my account but refuse to refund any monies already taken. My bank were of no help stating only I could cancel this. WHAT A SCAM............

I suddenly got all my money back from the bank. I complained they controlled transactions so why couldn't they control this one & stop it!!!

I too obtained a 'free trial' and then read the matching letter that came today and saw that they were going to charge me for subsequent bottles. I tried ringing them and have been told to ring before 9th March. However I got on to Virgin who's credit card I used and they have cancelled the card. they say if money does come out of my account they will regard that as fraud and claim the money back for me. Have to keep a check on my account. If they try and claim the money they will be blocked.
