I posted a complaint and since then I recieved a phone call from a supervisor of Presario telling me that they are really backed up and that the phone lines were down yesterday and that is the reason why I have heard nothing from them. They are upset with my post and tell me they might not go through with my loan but will give me back my 590.00. If I was wrong I do apoligize and I be able to find out tomarrow as I was promised a call back. If I do recieve this loan I will post a message that I was wrong.

- Update I was right I feel this is a scam company I have not recieved any phone call back but I did talk to Natalie Wittle and informed her I would like my 590.00 dollars back by the end of business today and moneygram to me just like I did to them last monday. I will keep scambook posted. Dont listen to a person named Wendy who posted Presario gave her a loan I think she is part of the scam!
