Dec.10,2011 ordered EW1400 from the www.electricwheelstore.com
Dec.22,2011 received order, First day I checked the battery turn off automatically after 1 minute.The company told me NO RETURN,NO REFUND, only send battery to check.
Jan.19,2012 received battery fixed back( long time fixed). getting worse. Company said send Bike back to check again( I paid shipping over $ 225)
Mar, 03.2012 still not get my bike back (3 months)
- No pick up phone
- No return call
- No good service at all
- Lied to me, said done tomorrow 10 times. Last said done and gave me the FAKE FedEx tracking number.
