Z Mags provides a platform for e magazines. When we investigated them they hid the fact that they were not searchable. We stopped using their services after 3 months of a 1 year contract and 4 customer service reps who provided no service. There is a clause in their contract that automatically renews it, unless cancelled. We thought that our contacts with our many "service" reps and cessation of our use of this company's services was sufficient notice that we were canceling. However Z Mags now claims that since they did not receive a letter from us, we owe them another year of fees for services we stopped using a year ago. BEWARE ZMags. Their substandard product and high employee turnover, not to mention their scare tactics when you tell them it's over will cause you problems and damage your brand.
