I HAVE BEEN TRYING NOW FOR TWO DAYS TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES, AND EACH TIME I CALL THEY SAY THEY ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED. BUT I'M CALLING DURING BUISNESS HOURS, I'VE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURED MY CALL WITHIN THE 24HR TIME LINE GIVEN. I CAN'T SKIP TO THE NEXT MONTH NOR CAN I DO ANYTHING ELSE. AND THEY WILL BE CHARGING MY CARD. I CAN'T EVEN CANCEL OUT MY MEMBERSHIP. HELP HELP HELP
