I went on line to find a Myrtle Beach room for 2 nights...The description said "In the heart of Myrtle Beach" so I naturally assumed it was AT THE BEACH not 4 blocks off the beach! I called to just have the location changed and they refused... I was not asking for a refund or to cancel, I just wanted to be moved to another location ON THE BEACH!! I made it known to the represetative I spoke with that I will never be using Bookit again! I I will most certainly NOT be recommending anyone else use this site either! I will go back to Priceline which I have used in the past and at least gotten the location I intended. Don't get sucked in!!
