Like other complainants I ordered (and "won") big with up to a dozen items, of which the majority (of the more substantial) items were subsequently cancelled due to a "supplier problem". Even at that time I thought that sounded legit enough now the site doesn't even work and no-one responds to follow up contacts - what I thought was just "rotten customer service" now looks like a scam amongst scams - duh to me.
