ordered free trial for price of shipping($4.95) was charged $84.87. There was no phone number to call with questions, no packing slip of any kind and the lid was broken on the jar.

Finally got ahold of custumer service,was told there was a trial period.Ok fine, but by the time i received the product, the trial period had passed. The rude man on the phone said it wasn`t their problem if the mail was slow.
