Does anyone have a contact for me to call? The numbers I have do not work! I want my money back! I have contacted my credit card company and they need a cancellation number in orde to dispute.

- Bellamia, the number I have for Pureberry is 888 777-1342. Not sure if that is a legit phone number. I have been emailing them. I have had similar problems. Tell your credit card company to contact Pureberry. Also, alert your credit card company to the NUMEROUS similar complaints on Scambook. Your credit card company should have a legit phone number on their end. Set up a 3 way conversation with Pureberry, credit card company and yourself. Tell Pureberry, while on the phone with your credit card company, to send you proof that you agreed to a continuing charge on your credit card. As well, file a report with the Better Business Bureau in Colorado. You can access that on line, very simple to file a report. The BBB will get involved with your dispute. As well, also file a report with the State Attorney General in Colorado, again, you can do that on line, very simple. I also contacted Rachel Ray to let her know that Pureberry is operating in a very unprofessional manner. Apparently, according to the LONG LIST of complaints against Pureberry on this Scambook site, that many others have been scammed as well. Feel free to contact me if you wish any other information.
