As the others have said i to fell for the trial offer of £2.95 & they have since taken two payments out of my account without my authority. I rang my bank & they put me through to this so called company as i couldn`t get through to them. A woman answered she sounded american well all i can say is i was fumeing & said i wanted my money back that they had no wright to take my money, she just kept repeating we can`t praosses a refund maam over & over. I then said right get me your manager now she said he`s not available by now i was shouting at her this went on for 15 mins, i said i`ve had enough of your lies get me your manager or someone of higher authority i had to keep repeating myself over & over. She then said hold the line & came back to me in 20 secs & said as a good will gesture they would refund me £37.00 that wasn`t even half what they took from me. I emailed them on the 03/03/12 & they replied saying it would take 3 - 5 days but still nothing, i`ve emailed them 10 times & they just keep saying the same thing we`ve prossesed your refund but they havn`t, i rang my bank & explained & was told that if they had prossesed a refund i would have had it by the 07/03/12. I`ve tried phoneing them everyday but your just left on hold no one ever answers, i`m dreading my phone bill & thats more money they`ve cost me. I feel so angry but YES i`ve been scammed. Kay Davies
