The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

They sent us perfect samples and we placed an order via email for wholesale tea from this company.
They gave us the name and address to send the money.
We sent the money, then the next day they said that their email had been hacked. Our money was transferd to an different person.
So, they are sorry, but they can only deliver goods, after receiving
money on their own company account.
It's a very large, beautiful website. Looks completely legit. Do NOT use them no matter how nice they are on the phone.
Interesting:
After having received the order, they always increased the price by nice excuses like "European tea is different to US in harmful substances etc." and product confirmations via Cert / TUV need some extra money - in spite of having confirmed "Cert is included" etc.
An other indication:
If you get samples from them, you will notice differences to legit companies...
She did a really good job of sucking us in.

About the above complaints about our company(Mingcui Imp & Exp Co. Ltd.),it is a pity to hear that.
Our company does five rests two. The two customers sent the payment confirmation during the weekend. When we found the wrong information on Monday, we tried best to get in touch with them and noticed to cancel the payment, but it was too late. We went to our local police immediately, but they didn't accept our case. And we also asked our customer to call their police.
Our email was hacked, but at first we didn't know it. When other customer sent the mail to confirm the Western Union name(because he saw it is not a Chinese name),we just found the wrong payment information. Then, we tried best to get in touch with the customers ASAP--by mail,SMS and telephone call.
Here,we just want to remind people who can see this comments to pay attention to the two scamming account belows:
1. RECEIVERS NAME: ALEX ROBERT
This is a man who have South African Passport.
2. BANK NAME: INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA
BANK ADDRESS:DONGGUAN KING LANE NANGCHENG,DONGGUAN CITY,CHINA
ACCOUNT NAME: GU HAI YING
ACCOUNT NUMBER: 6222022010030342387
BANK SWIFT CODE: ICBKCNBJGDG
Pls notice the above two frauding account. Thanks.
Lastly, we have do the tea business for 9 years, we never came across such things before, it is the first time, will be also the last time. We are not cheater,we are legit company. Thanks.
