I signed up for their service hoping to print postage from my home to avoid having to go to the PO but when I called stamps.com to help me set up the software, they cancelled my account and to this date, 17Mar12, I have not been able to get them to refund my money. Have emailed them several times reminding them that they need to refund me but they keep ignoring me.
