I ordered the goods on 02/26/2012. I should have smelt a long dead and decaying rat, when I had to send the money via Western Union to a Guobing Wang in the city of Putian in China. I can only hope the Chinese authorities apprehend this person and apply the full penalties under Chinese law to him or her. I sent an email to them on 02/27/2012 enquiring how long it would be before the goods were delivered to me. This is the exact reply I received(I'm not joking)

The almost unintelligible reply they sent to my email had the following address at the top.

- I was wondering if you have heard anything more from the company? I also ordered product from their site just the other day and the money has been picked up by them from WU. I checked by account with them and it seems my order is still pending.

My apologies for not responding sooner. I've been having computer problems and they have been finally fixed today. My account is still showing as pending. A word of warning. I have since come across two web sites which bear a similarity to International Tobacco Online eg. same products at the same cheap prices. They are
cheapcigarettesoutlet.com
and usacigarettes.com
I won't be ordering anything from these two websites.
I wonder how many other websites they've set up. -

- I was going to place an order today....filled everything out then they request I send money through Western Union to some odd name. This is the first "company" I came across that doesn't accept Visa/Master Card and I got eerily suspicious, so I didn't send any money. Glad I didn't!!!

- Glad to be able to confirm that you made the correct decision. I went to their website yesterday, clicked on the "contact us" and came to a dead halt. Hardly surprising.

- There is another website this thief is operating. It's called cigarettepurchase.com. I purchased a carton of Gauloises for $26.50 + $5.00 Western Union charge. They picked up the money but never sent the cigarettes. I reported them to the FTC & Western Union. I also emailed their webhost, singlehop.com, with an abuse complaint. After first trying to deny they hosted the website, they had to admit it when I showed them proof that the IP address of cigarettepurchase.com is owned by singlehop. They then admitted it and told me they could do nothing about it other than to forward my complaint to their client, which will accomplish nothing. I suggest anyone who has been ripped off by these jokers to contact the singlehop abuse department at [email protected] and let them know you are not happy about them hosting these thieves' websites.
