a federal grant loan officer called me by phone. i was told that i would need a porpsal written up for the grant and a specialist will be contacting. the next day mr. jeffrey o brein contacted by phone from cooper financial service 310 blount st. suite 213 tallahassee,fl and instructed me and my husband in order tol get the grant started we need them to write up the porposal and send a cashier check to a rosa de brett in miami, fl 33172. the amount was 488.00 dollars and no paper on the grant and jeff obrein dont answer my calls.
