Received a sample of vivexin, paid for shipping, and now I was billed 97.88 for something I did not receive. I want to cancel this but cannot get through to anyone.

- I called 1-800-371-0168. They are supposedly based in Oregon. I got through, cancelled any future orders (since this is an auto-ship scam) and received an e-mail verifying my call. However, to be on the safe side, I cancelled my credit card account and had a new card/number issued to me. Unfortunately, I did not escape the $89.90 charge for the first auto-ship. They may have made a mistake, because they sent me 2 bottles. Try the number but I suggest cancelling your card to stop them from getting anymore of your money.
