My son, on leave from Air Force rented car from Thrifty 5/13/11 at Orlando Airport. He went through a "cashless" .75 toll- no toll booth- he didn't even know he went through for . He got a letter from Thrifty Car Rental on 7/25/11 saying that the .75 + a $25 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE was charged on the credit card on file. No problem paying toll, but they are "raping" their customers because they have a credit card on file- someone who doesn't live here has no idea if they are going to go thru a "cashless toll"- $25 fee is OUTRAGEOUS and UNFAIR for unsuspecting visitors.
