This company advertised free samples at cost of postage only on December 8th 2011. Subsequent to this date, namely January 2012, February 2012 and March2012, amounts of $94.00 have been deducted from my credit card account. The above company was contacted in January 2012 and advised that medical advise precluded me from using their product. I was given a return address and reference number and the item returned to the company. I have continually contacted the above email address and tried to contact the Sydney,Brisbane ,Canberra and Perth offices as advised via phone and via email but all I get is continual music on any of the phone numbers and a placating email each time I contact them via the above email address. Finally I lodged a dispute through my bank. The above company now says that because I have lodged a dispute there is no way I will receive a refund of my credit card deductions. This arrangement was cancelled in writing in January and they have continued to procrastinate to the point whereby I had to do something otherwise this debacle would have continued for ever.
