I signed up for a loan modification and bill advisor, not knowing you don't have to pay for this service. I was told i needed to pay the total amount in 3 weeks. He called my creditor and pushed the arrangements back so he could get his money first. He did not note my financial situation accurately. He put in his head i had a repo and so he advised me on a repo, which was wrong advise. I paid them $1500.00 in the mean time the car dealership was threatening repo.None of my issues were resolved so i had to go to bankruptcy. He would not give me a refund. He talked too me very bad and i didn't receive a loan mod.
