I ordered a trial kit from ecigarette-smoke.com for $4.95, which covered shipping. On March 23, they charged my card $99.99. I immediately called my card holder who in turn told me to call the merchant. I called ecigarette-smoke.com at the 800 number on my statement. At first, the agent wanted to argue. When I told him I would file fraud charges on the company, he refunded the $99.99 to my account. At that time, he was supposed to cancel any further orders from them. On March 27, they charged my card $99.99, not once, but twice! They also charged my card $1.00 for International charges, whatever that is. I called my card holder again and was told to call the merchant again. If no resolution takes places, call the card holder back and file a dispute. I have talked to 8 different people at ECIGARETTE-SMOKE since then. They say they don't show anything in their records where they have charged my card again for any amount! Then they asked me to fax my bank statement to them and the charges would be reversed immediately. I faxed my statement to the number I was given by "Harold" and called them back. I then spoke to "Paul", who informed me that they do not have a fax! He then asked my to e-mail my statement to them and it would be reviewed by their accounting department. He told me to e-mail it to [email protected]. This web site is bogus. You cannot send a e-mail to them. I called them once again and was hung up on! I have filed a dispute with my card holder but they say their "investagation" could take up to 45 days! I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I refuse to let up!! Please help!
