I ordered some diet pills from this company on 03/12/2012. The order came to 120.00$ with free shipping, when it went through my bank the total was 128.77 (probably because of international rates). The money quickly came out of my account on 03/13/2012 and I received an email from [email protected] confiming my order number as 201210285 on 03/13/2012 giving me a confirmation of my order as number EE669547282CN to track on www.ems.com as it was now shipped.
Another email arrived from [email protected] on 03/13/2012 continuing to confirm and assure my order, that it was shipped and the tracking number through EMS was EE669547282CN. My credit card showed note that "YOURSPAY*JIANPIN TRADING CO.,LTD" will be displayed when the payment was taken out.
I have waited, today is 03/30/2012, for the package to arrive and nothing yet from the supplier, not even an assurance that they are looking into my complaints. I tracked the item to Chicago IL, and it is being held in customs. I have tried to contact the website through the correspondence emails and nothing has come of it, not one reply.
If this company is trully legitimate, it should see a way for me to receive my goods, if not they should refund my 128.77$.
For now until they resolve my case I can say that no one should buy products from WWW.EDAYDIET.COM
