I am in this CRAZY dance with this company Bizaftersales.
I placed and order for an ANTONIO BERADI DRESS That is Tweed & Crepe.,that showed as I was placing order I was ordering from what showed to be a Jeans/Clothing company.
The email confirmation I received was sketchy,started in Dear Friend,providing incomplete information. Then several weeks later i get a shipment confirmation from someplace in CHINA w/ a tracking number but no website to track or phone # to call ! When I emailed (because there is no phone # given or accessible) when to expect dress ,I would not get replies. Then two weeks later I get this KAREN MILLEN DRESS43%ACETATE-54%VISCOSE.Not even the dress i ordered. And it came in a beatup Nike Shoebox fromShanghia CHINA!!!!
I have been in a e-mail dance of sorts,doing things like their saying i have to send photos of dress received & dress i ordered & order #. Well I did.Then I get an e-mail(always starting w/ Dear Friend!)

And ,clearly they could see in the photos i painstakingly provided,ITS NOT THE DRESS I ORDERED.
Also my credit card company shows the money being paid to a sports shoe store in China ,FOR A DESIGNER DRESS!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am disputing through my credit card company. I am so leery that I have closed that credit account.
