I also, received a phone call from a man with a strange accent. He told me I was approved for a loan of $1,500.00 and took my information. Then another man came on the phone to confirm my information.

A few mins. later I again got a call this time from a lady whom I couldn't understand much. . I explain that someone had already called me . . she said 1 moment and hung up.

This man said I had to pay $99.95 and a $14.00 membership. he then told me to go to www.libertyphoneloan.com and I would see my funds, that all I had to do is sign my name. I'm still waiting.
