In January sometime I was looking for payday loans and I had given some of my information but didn't officially sign my name and logged off. they deposited the $300 into my account when i called them to tell them i never authorized this transaction they wanted to charge me a fee to remove the funds. because i was having financial hardship i didnt return the funds. i began paying the interest and due to fraudulent activity on my back account i had to close it. they stinking bastards were going to take me to court i received a phone call stating the amount owed from january 2012 was at 1,100 and that they would charge me court and attorney fees totaling up to 1,500. so now they dropped it to 600 and i have to pay this amount to avoid going to court for fraud. unbelievable considering i never authorized them from the beginning to deposit the funds!!!!
