I bought a macbook pro for 763, and the item never shipped:( I'm hoping that this site can help me:( I'm really hoping that I can get the money back because I was purchasing a computer for a friend who really needs a computer right now:(

I'm so sorry to hear you've had to join this group of victims of the greenteky.com scam.
In case you haven't read my comments to all the other folks who've posted here, I will once again offer the following advice (although none of these suggestions is likely to recover your losses):
Be sure to file reports with all of the following:
1) Amazon (use feedback page to email about fraudulent use of gift card, insist on speaking with someone also)
2) IC3 (partnership between the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance)
3) the Federal Trade Commission
4) your state Attorney General's office
5) the local police department (if you live in a large-ish city)
Even if we can't get our money back, we can try to initiate an investigation that will locate and prosecute the real owner(s) of the business. -
