stopzilla's payment of $41.98 was about to be deducted from my credit card i have not bought anything from them for years, i had to cancel card and have no card for a week till new one arrives they have kept my cc details from years ago and charged me out of the blue

As with any subscription based service, you must notify us if you wish to cancel. Simply removing the software from your computer because you found it unsatisfactory does not cancel the automatic billing agreement.
