i seen the tv ad and it sounded good. i purchased their "winning in the cash flow business" package. a month later i got a phone call from a dalbey coaching staff employee asking me if i wanted to make thousands of dollars in 30 to 45 days. all i had to do, basically, was take a 3 day course explaining how to use the "protegee package" i purchased for $138.95. when i was on the phone with the coaching staff employee he was explaining to me about the cash flow business. he made it sound very easy. he convinced me into taking a 5 day "boot camp" course. i no very little about the real estate business. now after the 5-day course i no very little about the real estate business.

- I also got the runaround with them. Not answering phone calls or emails, faxes not going thru. They were in trouble with state of CO awhile back BBB etc. Shut down for awhile I think. I stopped talking to them on the phone because everytime I did things got worse. They called almost every day because I had my credit card companies hounding them for refunds. One company got $2000. back. The other listened to their BS and I lost $3000. I think there might have been a class action suit or something. My deal was back in 2010. Looks like they got over that bump in the road and are back at it. Though it looks like they have increased the investment (oops! I mean education) price.
