Took a survey that requested a cell phone number to send a pin required to claim an ipad. I was billed $9.99 for subscribing to mobshack. I don't even have a clue who mobshack is. Phoned my provider, Rogers, they said I should phone mobshack. I did that, nothing changed. Mobshack took off 9.99 four times in a row. I will change my cell phone provider. Any other ideas out there? Thanks.

You must send an SMS saying "Stop All" You can also contact mobshack: ([email protected]) and explain your problem. In addition, specify to stop raising money on your cellular account. But in the future, do not buy anything with your laptop, this is the scam of the year and you will always lose. Good luck!
