Woke up to a nice surprise of a check supposedly by me for $30.00 being taken out of my account. I called the number on the check, and spoke with a lady, her number 355 about them not having the right or permission to take money from the account. Not only was she hard to understand she tried to tell me that it was for an application for approval of a payday loan. She tried every which way to tell me that if they could keep the money then I was approved for a loan whenever I needed. So I went on to tell her that they will refund my money, that I never even applied for a payday loan, and that I will be reporting them to the BBB and the police for fraud. She still tried to convince me that I needed to keep the money there so I can get a loan from there company. So lets just say I didn't remain very nice, and she said it was going to take 10-15 business days to refund my money. After speaking with my bank I now am going to open a new account because the fraud department told me that if they got a hold of my information, then more then likely another company did as well. So if anyone else has this happen to them report them, and open a new account.
