A young lady came to my door on a Sunday she showed me some books for children and since I have a great granddaughter I purchased some. The next day I complied with their instructions on my receipt as to cancelling the sale. I did exactly what they said to do. However, my check was run through my account although they indicated my check would be refunded to me within ten business days. The amount of the check was taken out of my account. They lied. I have emailed them and received no response.
