So I was online trying to get the best rate for a small cash loan and ended up finding a lender that I felt was reasonable. Imagine my surprise when I go looking into my bank account to discover that Capital Advance Capitol Payday took out 30.00 dollars in an electronic check. I never agreed to a loan with this company, I never gave them permission to access my bank account. When I called I kept getting voice recording. Left several messages no one will return my call. I am pressing charges!
