I hired Millard to tear out a ceiling on my back porch, paint the beams, and install a ceiling fan. He made it appear he had finished the job so he could get paid by turning the fan on for me. Painting was done. After I paid him, he told me he had to come back to finish electrical work because it wasn't safe for use. Now I'm getting voicemail, his wife answering his phone, or excuses from him. He loves to tell you about being a Christian and blah, blah, blah. His work that was done is below average also.
