I hired Millard to do work on my back porch. He tore out a ceiling, painted the beams, and was supposed to install a ceiling fan. He made it seem he was finishiing up job by turning on ceiling fan for me. I then paid him. He then started cleaning up and told me he had to come back to finish electrical work because it was not safe as it was. Everytime he says he's coming, he doesn't show. I now call and get his voicemail, his wife, or some other excuse for why he couldn't get it done. He's big on talk about how good his work is ( which its not from what I've seen) and about him being a Christian which is a joke too. Stay away from this guy.
