My grandpa, who barely speaks english received a notice from his bank that his account was overdrawn. When we called the bank, they stated that an electronic transaction was done to YR benefit. When we asked if this was a debit card payment, the rep said no, most likely it was over the phone. The YR Benefit charged him 447.34 just like most everybody else on this forum. I really hope they catch these guys because it seems like they've been a lot of people lately.
