I've been receiving deposits into my Solid Trust Pay account for over 3 weeks now. When I try to withdraw a check, it pends for 3 days before telling me my birth date on file is incorrect. When trying to call Solid Trust Pay, it's only a busy tone ALL DAY! I submitted verious complaint tickets with no luck in response. I sure wish I had MY money instead of Solid Trust Pay.

- I've had money pending in my account since the 4th of September! Hope I don't have to wait for a whole 3 weeks before anything happens! STP is slow for an online processor.
