i purchased a wd73833 mid 2008. after three bulb replacements i finally started getting the black and white dots on the screen indicatingnthe dlp chip is failing. for a antv that cost 4k to purchase, one would think mitsubishi wpuld stand behind thier product and fix such an intricate part of the product since this should nit be consideed a normal wear and tear part likr the bulb.

- we have a mitsubishi an we replaced our bulb an then the white spots started coming on an now one side is almost covered an being on disability an my husband lost his job to mexico it really makes it hard on us we won,t buy another one i do know that it would make a difference if the parts wasn,t so high an keep coming back .
