In March I received call from Eliene from this company saying they were going save thousands of dollars on my credit card ant took $1499 right out of my credit card for the service money back guaranty. I have been calling them because they have done nothing and been ignored since they took my money total scam. Twice I spoke with a guy by the name of Frank we heard a recording together because he was saying I signed up for a debt elimination program which I did not, after the hearing he agreed to work on getting the money back but, every time I call he is either on a meeting or with a client and I suppose to get a call back in 20 mins which I never get. There have been times that they just hang up on me when I start explaining my situation to who ever answers the phone.
