Someone called my 83 year old mother and somehow convinced her to give them her routing number of her checking account. I have no idea of what was said because she has dementia and has no recollection of this event. My sisters and I manage and monitor her monies and before we knew about the phone call the money had already been taken out. I called the 800 number and got a 3rd party service who said that they would put the money back into her account within 21 working days. More than 30 days have gone by and nothing has been done. I called again and was told they would put through a reminder to YR Benefits and to call back within a week to see if anything has been done. What a despicable operation hope their karma comes back around to get them.
