I applied for a loan. Today MyCash Guardian took $29.95 out of my bank account without my permission. It caused me to overdraw my account so I was changed an extra $37.00. I did not authorize this to happen and I now am in debt because of them. I can't afford all these extra charges. How can they take money without permission. Its should not be allowed. I tried to contact them to get my money back but I don't get any response and their email doesn't work.

Update: 07/25/2012

I called them was told that I could get a refund but haven't heard anything since. On here that asked for more information I gave it to them still now response. Guess it's time to go further, if necessary.

Had the same problem took 29.95 out of account number listed thru bank was to a doctors office did get correct # 1-888-334-3807 I did not apply 4 anything and wanted to know how they got info they say they are a retirement investor yea right ,They said I was within my 30 days and would get a refund how do u refund when u did not have permission to take money anyway so we will seeBest way go thru your bank but call company first and stand your ground Good luck to all we will see if my money goes back in if not my bank will take them on .

My bank was no help they told me that I needed to deal with them. I called them said they would give refund and still haven't seen anything. Filed complaint on here was told the same thing still no response. I think I might have to go further. I never gave them permission either but they insist I did.
