- I too have had money taken out of my account. I cannot remember ever signing up to this deal. I have contacted my bank but looks like I will get nowhere as I accepted the initial trial and subsequent goods however I have told the bank not to give them any more monies and any further packages will not be accepted by me. I cannot seem to find their email address as I would like to ask them which website I apparently signed up to - can anyone help.
