I began with dealfun in August of 2011. At this time their advertising was buy a package of bids, use them all by midnight, and all bids will be returned to you including the bonus bids by using the daily codes like humpday, Monday Madness, Easy Sunday etc. At midnight my account was not credited. I called them and they told me that my account would soon be credited. Meanwhile, I had fun bidding on different items, such as dresses for my daughter and her friends, Sony digital camera Coolpix, bid packages. Through the duration of many calls to Dealfun(I found their phone number on internet) I had purchased more packages. I was winning, and receiving merchandise on a daily basis. After many complaints to customer service, I connected with an agent that took my complaints seriously. After a month or so of a few calls per week, my account was finally credited with over 12,000 bids. However, these were courtesy bids and these expired in 2 weeks which was never explained to me. I called back and requested the same agent. He told me that whenever the bids expire, give him a call and he will re-credit my account. My last bidding session was in early January 2012 while I was in the hospital recuperating from Massive Kidney Failure. I was bidding on my smart phone. It took a lot of patience, however after complications, recurring cancer, treatment, I was exhausted. When I finally logged back onto dealfun, there was no merchandise to bid on. Only packages of fee bids(15, 25,45,75,150 bid incriments). Recently I am in bed for at least 1 week after monthly injection for cancer and medications for gran mal seizures. I tried to log onto Dealfun and the website could not be found. I had over 8,000 bids to be used. All auctions except for one, I received my item including 3 PS3's, 3 X Boxes, wrist watches, etc. The only item not received was a divers sports watch. Had I not researched my wins and items sent, I would have never discovered this. The watch had a value of over $100.00 All dealfun would do is return the bids I used. They would not replace it with an item of equal or lesser value. I even suggested a 25 dollar gift card to Amazon.com, however I was turned down. Now Dealfun as just disappeared from the face of the earth. Along with over 8,000 bids in my account.
