I ordered this product for an introductory trial offer for $19.99. No where on their web site did it state that I would be sent further orders at a cost of 79.99 unless I called the company. I was then charged on June 7, 79.99 but no product was sent. On July 7, I was again charged 79.99 for a product I did not want or ordered, but I did recieved this one. I called customer service and they told me that hidden in their 7 pages of terms and conditions, they have a clause that states that they will keep sending and billing unless the customer calls and cancels the order. This is a thinly veiled scam and if it is not an illegal buisness practive it certainly should be. None the less they have charged me for a product I never recieved and all I can get from customer service is double talk.
