Complete fraudster and liar. I reckon his girlfriend 'Helen Wilmans' is involved too. If anyone wants further information, please contact me and i will happily give the details. I have contacted the police, however they have proven to be pretty useless.
Personally I think we should all turn up at his door and demand the money back.

- contact nottingham police log call for crime there if you havent already done so, but do it quick. If done in local constabulary, get them to send to nottingham police as all evidence being collated there.

- i did mention it to the police at the time, however they said they have no evidence... all these complaints and yet nothing to seems to be happening to either of them, they are out spending everyone else's money! does anyone know if the police are going to arrest him? I have found out they are going on holiday this week! don't see how they deserve a holiday. this is when the police should seize the house! Disgusting that they are not behind bars!

- which police force, if not notts do it now while he is away, they obviously cant bring him in while he is away. As long as you have a payment trace from bank, correspondance of some form to prove contact etc that should be enough to lodge a complaint. Basically contact notts mention you have been told PC Brown is on the case, she needs all info she can get. You have proof you paid him I presume, what proof will he have he sent any goods, prob none hence you got defrauded of money. try again is my advice, hey its worth it with amount he stole, is it really £3000? what for etc? I am sure the police know about his little trip, in fact i am sure by now somebody has sent this info to them.
