I ordered MS-Office Professional for 3-PCs. The links they sent do not work. The customer service line states "we are assisting other customers and are NOT available", they direct you to e-mail their service department which will respond in a "timely manner". I did this twice with no results. Lastly they tell you to go to their CHAT service online. Once online, the CHAT SERVICE says 'UNAVAILABLE". So of the three methods of contacting their customer service, NONE OF THEM WORK. The download links are bogus.
