In August 2010 I sent a fur coat and 2 fur stoles to a person in Canada who said she would make me 2 teddy bears out of the fur. For the next year she has given me a lot of excuses why she had not made the bears, then when I asked for the furs back, she said she had made me 2 bears and would sent them when I paid. I paid her by Paypal on 30 July 2011, the sum of US$210.00, she said that she sent my bears on 06 Aug 2011, but it is 3 weeks later now and nothing has arrived.
